How To Make Mexican Crema At Home

So many Mexican recipes call for crema, the lightly acidic dairy product that is thicker than heavy cream but thinner than American sour cream. Did you know you can make it at home? You can! And it is sooooo easy.

This recipe was January's Challenge Ingredient Recipe and many of you have already tried it, but if you haven't, I'm so excited for you to give it a go. You won't believe how easy it is and the flavor is extraordinary, scented with lime juice and seasoned perfectly.

Make a batch and mix it into rajas or drizzle it over enchiladas.
