Hi Reader, Happy Father's Day! If you're celebrating today, I hope it's filled with good food and even better company. At some point today, everyone will probably end up outside around the grill. But before that happens, you'll usually find me in the kitchen. I'm blending salsa, slicing limes, warming tortillas, and trying to keep everyone from sneaking chips into the bowl of guacamole before dinner is ready. Some things never change. I love those moments just as much as the meal itself. The conversations in the kitchen, someone "taste-testing" the salsa for the third time, and everyone asking, "How much longer?" If you were coming over today, here's what I'd have on the menu:
